The School is pleased to congratulate CEE alumnus Dr Yu Shengkai, Senior Principal Scientist at the A*STAR National Metrology Centre, on receiving the President’s Technology Award 2026.
The award is one of Singapore’s highest honours for outstanding contributions to science and technology.
Dr Yu was recognised, together with the team, for advancing the integration of measurement science, digital integrity assurance and standards-based regulatory frameworks to transform marine fuel custody transfer within Singapore’s bunkering ecosystem.
We extend our heartiest congratulations to Dr Yu on this prestigious recognition.
