ZurichMOVE: Mobile Application Development & Feasibility Testing

Abstract

ZurichMove are wearable sensors that can monitor movement quality and mobility in healthcare.

The overarching vision of ZurichMOVE is to transform clinical diagnostics in neuromotor disorders by providing objective, patient-centred functional assessments of movement quality and quantity.

Through developing innovative, science-based technology for aiding clinical-decision making, we aim to disrupt the state-of-the-art in early stage detection, and functional assessments and monitoring, towards efficient clinical trials, evaluating treatment efficacy and targeting therapies at individuals In this collaboration, we aim to design, develop and evaluate the tablet-based application that allows the data collection using ZurichMove sensors with the older adults.
