CEO, Alvigor & Raydee To Win!

Ramesh Muthusamy is the CEO of Alvigor, a change consultancy and Raydee To Win! a social enterprise focusing on youth development projects. He is a transformational coach and leader with over two decades of experience in learning and development. Renowned for his public speaking skills, Ramesh has won numerous awards, including the Singapore Orator Award in 2006, and multiple national and regional speaking contests.

He also came in top 20 in the Nordic Business Forum contest in 2023. His expertise in facilitating impactful change is demonstrated through his work with over 100 organisations worldwide. Ramesh is also a certified master trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and utilises various psychological and holistic practices to enhance personal and team performance.
