China-Singapore Fostering Collaboration on China's Dual Circulation Strategy

The world has been devastated by the COVID-19 pandemic and all countries have encountered enormous contraction in economic and social development. During this challenging time, the Chinese government will set to implement a new dual-circulation development strategy. This strategy aims to provide more opportunities for cooperation and development between Chinese and foreign companies.
