Graduate College (GC) in collaboration with Compass@Campus jointly bring to you "Impact Leadership Mentoring Programme" on every Saturday from 04 0ct - 25 Oct 2025, 9am to 12.30pm, at NTU@One-north (not at NTU Main campus).

This leadership mentoring programme is conducted and brought to you pro bono by mentors from Compass@Campus, a group of experienced industrial leaders, business executives, professionals and entrepreneurs.

The programme is conducted in an interactive manner and includes in-depth group discussions with around 10 mentors featuring four modules.

 The modules are:

  • Module 1 - Discovering Purpose, Redefining Success (04 October 2025) - To redefine success, to understand what really matters in living a fulfilled life.
  • Module 2 - Developing Greater Interpersonal Effectiveness (11 October 2025) - To develop greater sense of self-awareness, understand how personality traits impact relationships, and the importance of adapting to others in order to enrich relationship.
  • Module 3 - Trust and Integrity, The Foundation of Relationships (18 October 2025) - To recognize that trust and integrity are essential for relationship building and lifelong success.
  • Module 4: Servant Leadership, One Life Impacting Another (25 October 2025) - To help participants to understanding that leadership is to influence, and that capacity, character and caring for others is key to leadership influence.

At the end of the programme, a certificate of participation will be issued in conjunction with Compass@Campus to students who have completed at least 3 of the 4 modules.

Light refreshments will be provided during the programme from 9am onwards. Please note that this programme requires commitment to attend the modules in person (conducted on Saturdays).

For attendance endorsement purpose in each module, students are required to stay for 75% of the duration of the module (total 4 endorsements for the 4 modules).
