About the Seminar:
This seminar will provide an understanding of burnout – its prevalence, risk factors and identifying symptoms. Students will learn how to practice self-care in their daily lives, recognise negative thought patterns and how to reframe them. The interactive session allows students to practice what they have learned as well as get answers for their queries in the Q&A section.
About the Speaker:
Dr John Shepherd Lim, Chief Wellbeing Officer of Singapore Counselling Centre
John is an experienced professional with more than two decades of experience in conducting counselling sessions for individuals and couples. He has helped many clients through issues such as depression, stress, suicidal thoughts, anger management, and many more.
