About the seminar:

The doctoral degree represents a massive milestone in the academic journey and achievement of any student. However, it also comes with its unique challenges, as they deal with various obstacles that they might never have had to encounter before. The right attitude and the need to practice delayed gratification, optimism and resilience are key skills that help PhD students put such challenges behind them and keep climbing. The student will not only need support from others but also learn to access these resources from themselves.
