Our CNRS colleague, Jerome Degallaix, from Laboratoire Des Matériaux Avancés in Lyon (France) visited us on 4 April 2025. He presented his very interesting work on very large mirrors of gravitational wave detectors. We discussed potential collaborations in this area.
