NTU Alumni Toastmasters Club

Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organisation that has been helping its members develop communication, public speaking and leadership skills for around a hundred years. NTU Alumni Toastmasters Club’s objective is to help NTU alumni professionally and raise their self-confidence through the development of their communication skills.

The members of NTU Alumni Toastmasters Club meet up twice a month on Saturday morning to network and to polish up their communication skills. Members of the club include recent NTU graduates as well as alumni from the old Nanyang University. 

The club prides itself on having a supportive & fun-loving environment to help newcomers overcome their difficulties in public speaking. Since its chartering in May 2004, NTU Alumni Toastmasters Club has produced 2 national speech contest champions and provided training in communication skills for over a hundred members.
