The NTU–SJTU Dual Degree Programme is a landmark collaboration between Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), China — two of Asia's leading engineering universities. This is the first programme at NTU where students can earn degrees from two top universities within a single four-year candidature.
Students in the EEE dual degree track will graduate with two Bachelor of Engineering degrees — one from NTU and one from SJTU — gaining deep technical expertise alongside cross-cultural fluency and dual alumni and industry networks spanning Singapore and China.
Singapore and China play complementary and powerful roles in the global economy. Singapore is a high-value R&D, finance, and global business hub; China has one of the most dynamic engineering, manufacturing, and technology bases in the world. This programme draws on the best of both.
Graduates will be equipped for careers in:
• Green energy and sustainability
• Artificial intelligence and data science
• Semiconductors and advanced manufacturing
Beyond technical depth, students will graduate with cross-cultural fluency, bilingual professional competency, and access to an unrivalled network of NTU and SJTU alumni and industry partners across the Asia-Pacific region.
