SBS Alumni Association Committee

The School of Biological Sciences Alumni Association (SBS AA) committee consists of:
  • President – Chiu Wei Yeow Emile, Class of 2022
  • Vice President – Chua Damien, Class of 2022
  • Secretary – Ain Allysha, Class of 2022
  • Treasurer – Tan Jhing Yein, Class of 2022

    • Driven to bring the SBS alumni community together, the AA main committee has successfully recruited more 13 members on board the AA to help in 3 different pillars:
    • Events,
    • Business Development and
    • Publicity & Publications.

    Out of these 13 members, 2 are overseas, ranging from Class of 2006 to 2022. Both alumni and students of SBS can keep a look out more fun and helpful events that involve collaborations with the Career Advancement Office, Biological Sciences Undergraduate Club (BS Club) and the Biology Graduate Students Club (BGSC).

    Within two months of their tenure, the AA committee has already set up an Instagram account, Telegram channel,  LinkedIn page, held a giveaway contest, organised a Graduation Party for class of 2019-2022 with 100% attendance and conducted an Alumni Sharing Session for the undergraduates in collaboration with the BS Club.
