Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) at NTU Singapore is a leading institution in Asia ​​that provides quality education and research in public governance and administration development as well as promotes good governance in the region and beyond. We are proud to be the first higher learning institution in Singapore certified by China’s State Administration for Foreign Experts Affairs to conduct executive development programmes for Chinese government officials and professionals.

As a premier training institution, NCPA promotes good governance and public services, facilitates knowledge exchanges, and strengthens cooperation among governments across the world.

We are fully aligned with NTU’s high-quality teaching, while simultaneously placing equal emphasis on our research direction. Over time, we have formed strategic collaborations with world-renowned institutions and governments in various emerging fields worldwide, and are constantly working on creating new partnerships.

Among our nearly 20,000 alumni, many are holding decision-making positions at all levels of government in their countries, including ministerial-level leaders, mayors and heads of organisations. Our students hail from many countries, including China, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Ukraine.

南洋理工大学的南洋公共管理研究生院是亚洲领先的公共管理研究生院。它是新加坡首个获得中国国家外国专家局境外培训资质的高等学府，并被誉为中国政府海外最重要的中高级干部培训基地之一。

南洋公共管理研究生院以培养亚洲新一代公共管理精英为己任，并在此过程中，努力发展成为一所以公共管理教育和研究为主的世界级学术机构。为提倡优质公共服务、促进知识交流、强化全球各政府之间的合作提供了一个高端的平台。

为了实现这个目标，南洋公共管理研究生院充分整合南大优质的教学和研究资源，同时与多个世界著名公共管理学院、跨国企业与组织及新加坡政府部门结成战略合作伙伴，并不断拓展课程内容，拓宽培训领域和深化研究方向。

目前，南洋公共管理研究生院开设了六个中英文硕士课程：高级管理经济学硕士课程（中文）、高级公共管理硕士课程（中文）、管理经济学硕士课程（中文）、公共管理硕士课程（英文）、管理经济学硕士课程（英文）以及中国与全球治理硕士课程（英文）。同时也提供中、英文的高级培训/研修项目，主要的培训/研修主题模块包括公共管理与创新、城市规划和管理、淡马锡模式与新加坡经验、高等教育管理与国际化发展等。

自1992年以来，南洋公共管理研究生院及其前身已培养了大约20000多名来自于中国、越南、缅甸、柬埔寨、菲律宾和老挝等国家的政府官员、大型企业高管和专业人士。学成归国的他们多已在政界、商界和专业技术领域得到擢升和提拔，成为有影响力的领导者和决策者。
