Practical Color Theory in Digital Design and Painting

 

Unlock your creativity with our digital design course! Learn to design stunning digital vector paintings or collages
using three colours with different tonal ranges. Dive into the world of master artworks, where you'll analyse and
recreate them into vibrant vector graphics. Elevate your designs further by mastering the Friend-Enemy Colour

Model, which will guide you to create captivating digital paintings, collages, or 2D designs.

This program is designed for participants currently employed or aspiring to work in the product design, graphic design, animation, filmmaking, and photography, or those engaged in making visual decisions regarding colour applications.

Programme Introduction

This programme takes into consideration the need for a better understanding of exhibition narratives and displays, as well as creating engaging Programmes that can expand the experience of diverse physical and digital galleries and museum collections.

Programme Objectives

  • To understand—via representative examples from the history of exhibitions and field trip visits— what constitutes meaningful narratives for exhibiting cultural objects and thematic collections.
  • To experience how to engage the audience via an interactive programme that promotes inclusivity and educative values for a diversity of audiences.
  • To identify the relevant elements involved in a gallery program designed for the needs of specific galleries, interpretive centres and museums.
