Best Student Paper Award from IEEE SCC2020 conference

IEEE International Conference on Services Computing (SCC) is a flagship conference of the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Services Computing (TCSVC) focusing on the entire lifecycle of innovative research and enabling technologies related to service-oriented systems. It is a premium international forum for researchers & practitioners in academia, industry, and government to share recent advances in services computing techniques and best practices, to identify emerging research topics, and to define the future of services-as-a-science.

The paper “DeepRouting: A Deep Neural Network Approach for Ticket Routing in Expert Network”, by SCSE PhD student Han Jianglei and Associate Professor Sun Aixin has won the Best Student Paper award at the IEEE SCC2020 conference. The conference was held virtually from 18-24 October 2020.
