Facebook-Wordmark-GrayFounded in 2004, Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. People use Facebook to stay connected with friends and family, to discover what's going on in the world, and to share and express what matters to them.

Facebook is a trademark of Facebook, Inc.

Facebook broke ground on their first Asia-based data centre in Singapore in 2018, which will be operational in a few years’ time. As a collaborator of Facebook, CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS) – one of Singapore’s leading data centre facilities management provider – will offer data centre specific training and career path advice for successful applicants of the pilot initiative. Graduates from this programme will be able to explore a career in the data centre sector or in other relevant engineering sectors.

These programmes target Engineers and Senior Engineers who are in the similar industry or looking for a career switch. Senior Engineers who are in sunset industry but possess relevant experience in managing mission critical infrastructures will be considered.

NTU alumni with industry experience and are looking to pivot their career into a growing industry can use this programme and future iterations to upskill themselves.
Each course is approximately 39hrs span over a 13-week semester period. They are equivalent to 3 Academic Units (AUs). To be awarded a Specialist or Graduate Certificate, learners must complete minimum 9 AUs worth of courses with minimum passing grade. A working professional may be able to handle 2 courses per semester or complete the Certificate program in 9 months.
