Introduction

The course is designed to teach the students how to use the ABB RobotStudio software for use with IRC5 controllers and carry simulation.

After successfully completing the course, the participant should be able to:

- Create and attach tooling to robot simulation

- Use Auto Path feature
- Use Signal Analyzer

- Edit RAPID code using RAPID editor

This course is intended for

- Engineering personnel that are interested in computer simulation software
- Those responsible for simulating robot layout and reach capabilities and robot program simulation
- Any one responsible for creating new part programs for existing robots with computer experience.

All ABB Robotics Trainer will need to be certified by our global standardised technical certification process. They will have the skillset to deliver quality training with innovative curriculum that will match the needs of the trainee. Through the certification process by ABB, they will achieve technical knowledge from robotics programming, troubleshooting, robot safety and advanced robotics feature.
