Introduction
This course enables learners to form a general understanding of entrepreneurship and it lays a good foundation for students to develop further skills and more specific knowledge in related areas.
Entrepreneurship is more than merely writing up a business plan. Thus, the course, through practical pedagogical approaches to teaching, seeks to encourage entrepreneurial thinking and the integration of course readings, real life cases/ examples and the collective experience of learners. Learners will study entrepreneurship theoretical frameworks that help to conceptualize and develop new enterprise, supplemented by the practical application through active participation in a highly interactive class and group discussions, including class projects and case studies.
