Introduction
Communicating Complexity is a series of three linked courses in which students will have the opportunity to practice a number of skills and techniques aimed at helping them to communicate complex ideas in ways that are easier to understand, and can be tailored to different audiences.

- Students will become familiar with a variety of perspectives on barriers to effective communication, tools for evaluating the effectiveness of communication, and techniques for improving the effectiveness of communication of complex technical information.
- Students will practice application of techniques and tools until they achieve competence to a professional standard in the use of communication tools and techniques, in two compulsory modules, and some number of electives.
- Students will demonstrate mastery of communicating complexity in a project where they apply skills and techniques covered in the different modules.
