Valerie is a business entrepreneur and an ACLP-certified Specialist Adult Educator amongst the accredited Adult Education Professionals. She has founded several successful business ventures involving the design and supply of propriety smart apparels for large corporations, leading nascent developments in IoT and AI applications to solve industry pain points, and consulting for corporate clients and business owners. She is an accomplished digital marketing strategist and trainer, well sought after for her expertise, passion, and business insights. Valerie is the founder of Intangibles Consultancy Pte Ltd and holds a Master of Business Administration and a first degree in Mechanical Engineering. More recently, she was featured in the inaugural Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2020 List.

Justus has more than 28 years of practical HR experience, having held leadership roles in 12 of those years, in the telecommunications, infocomm technology, engineering, financial, educational, and other sectors. He is an internationally Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) and has coached extensively on career planning and career direction. He provides comprehensive and holistic guidance and support for those seeking purpose and direction in their careers and in reaching their fullest potential. Justus is also an active volunteer with extensive volunteer coaching exposure with a wide spectrum of beneficiaries.
