All Grants NISTH grants seek to support interdisciplinary cutting-edge research that is designed to positively impact society while also leading to strong scholarship that results in leading peer-reviewed outputs and successful follow-up grants. NISTH Interdisciplinary Collaborative Research Program (NISTH Seed Grant) The NISTH Seed Grants seek interdisciplinary collaborative projects that measure, adopt, deploy, evaluate or develop science and technology combined with social science and humanities to uncover deep insights into improving human living. NISTH Research Grant The NISTH Research Grants, champion inter-disciplinary research by early career researchers and the youth in academia to innovate collaboratively to solve the world’s most pressing issues. Accelerating Creativity and Excellence Program (ACE Grant) The ACE Programme seeds bold and unconventional research at disciplinary intersection. ACE grant calls can be either ‘Open’, to nourish unfettered, exceptional or curiosity-driven enquiry, or ‘Thematic’, when there is a need to rapidly intensify areas of strategic importance to NTU. The NTU-AEPW is a thematic grant. AI.R - NISTH AI for Social Good Grant Co-funded by Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (AI.R), NTU Institute of Science and Technology for Humanity (NISTH) and College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CoHASS), the grant seeks interdisciplinary teams to work on AI applied for “social good”. MICRON-NISTH Responsible AI Grant The inaugural MICRON-NISTH Responsible AI Grant, is open to the NTU academic community, this seed grant is awarded to teams to develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, conceptualizations, experiments, user studies and/or other initiatives that allows progression to a next phase.
