NISTH Think Out: Medical Technology

Digital technology has dominated all aspects of human activity.  Healthcare is no exception.  Technologies that allow effective health management, disease diagnosis, timely monitoring, formulating policies on population health, digital technologies for health, or digital health, are having profound effects on how health services are delivered and how health systems are run.

In the 3^rd debate of the Think Out Series, we will feature two of our NISTH Societal Impact Fellows – Professor May O Lwin and Associate Professor Josip Car, who will discuss and deliberate on Medical Technology, with a specific contention of: How is digital technology transforming healthcare? The drawbacks as well as potential areas of concern as digital technology in healthcare advances.
