Dr Tay received the BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics, and the MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2002. He received the PhD degree in Electrical engineering and Computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2008. His main research interests are in distributed signal processing and algorithms, data fusion and decision making in sensor networks, information theory, machine learning and applied probability.    CV

Ji, Feng

Dr. Ji received the B.Sc. from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2008; and the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore, in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, he was an instructor in the Department of Mathematics of the National University of Singapore. He is currently a Research Fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in NTU. His research interests are data analysis associated with social networks including rumor source detection, machine learning, and discrete, topological and computational geometry.

Song, Yang

Dr. Song received the B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering from Zhejiang University City College, China, in 2007. He received his M.Eng. and Ph.D. from the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, in 2008 and 2013, respectively. From Feb. 2014 to Feb. 2016, he was a postdoc in the Signal & System Theory Group, University of Paderborn, Germany. Currently, he is a research fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. His research interests include source detection, vector-sensor array signal processing for acoustic and electromagnetic source localization.

Wang, Chengcheng

Ms. Wang Chengcheng received the B. Eng degree in electrical engineering and automation from Harbin Engineering University, China, in 2011. She obtained her Ph.D. from the College of Automation, Harbin Engineering University in 2017. From September 2014 to September 2016, she was a visiting graduate researcher in Adaptive Systems Laboratory at the University of California, Los Angeles, California, USA. She is currently a Research Fellow in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her research interests include distributed signal processing, adaptive filtering, sparse system identification, and machine learning.

Ian Bajaj

Dr. Ian Bajaj received his B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India in 2009. He received his M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2011 and 2017, respectively. He has been working with the Centre for Infocomm Technology (INFINITUS) since 2010, where he is currently a Research Fellow. His research interests include wireless mobile and radio communication, cognitive radio, spectrum management, cooperative relay networks, predictive learning and distributed decision-making.

Zhang, Qiang

Dr. Zhang received the B.Eng degree in detection guidance and control from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, in 2007. He obtained his Ph.D. from the College of Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2012. From 2012 to June 2019, he worked as an enginneer and senior enginner at China Aerospace Science and Technology Group and Baidu. He is currently a Research Fellow in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests include computer vision, graph neural network, and deep learning.

Giacomo Kahn

Giacomo Kahn received his bachelor's and master's degree from Blaise Pascal University, France, in 2013 and 2015. He obtained his PhD from Clermont Auvergne University, France, in 2018. In 2019, he was a teaching and research fellow at the University of Orléans, France. He is now a research fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests include data analysis, graph theory, and, as a logical continuation, data analysis on graphs.

Jin, Chengming

Dr. Jin received the B.Eng. degree in Automation and Ph.D. in Traffic Information Engineering & Control from Beijing Jiaotong University, China, in 2010 and 2019 respectively. From 2015 to 2017, he was a visiting Ph.D. candidate in the University of Melbourne through a scholarship from the China Scholarship Council (CSC). Currently, he is a research fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests include multi-sensor fusion, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), train control system & safety.

Xu, Yi

Dr. Xu received the B.Sc. degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology in 2014 and the M.Eng. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nankai University, Tianjin, China, in 2014 and 2016, respectively. She obtained her Ph.D. in Electronic Science and Technology from Nankai University in 2019. From 2017 to 2018, she was a visiting Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Los Angeles, California, USA. She is currently a Research Fellow at the school of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her research interests include signal processing, wireless sensor networks, and machine learning.

Mr. Wang Chongxiao received his B.Eng degree in Electrical and Information Engineering from Zhejiang UST in 2011, and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from NUS in 2013, respectively. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as an embedded software engineer focusing on graphics in Continental AG. He is currently a research associate at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. Vivek Mohan

Vivek received his B.Tech. degree with First Class Distinction from JNTU - Hyderabad in 2016 and Joint M.Sc. in Integrated Circuit Design with Distinction from TU München & NTU Singapore in 2019. After graduation, he joined NTU as a Research Associate in the BRAIN Lab @ VIRTUS and was working in the area of neuromorphic circuits and algorithms for vision applications. Vivek is currently a Ph.D. candidate (starting in Jan 2020) at the School of EEE, NTU. His research interest includes integrated circuit design, neuromorphic engineering, signal processing, artificial intelligence and is currently focused on intra-cortical brain-machine interface.
