Our Payment Gateway Provider is a Visa company, and their network is managed as part of Visa’s network operations, renowned for security and reliability. They are compliant with relevant mandates such as Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

NTU donors who are Singapore tax residents will enjoy tax benefits under the Singapore Government’s prevailing policies. Your donation details will be provided directly to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), and the donation deductions will be included automatically in your tax assessment.

For online donations, you will receive an email acknowledgement after the donation process is successfully completed. For donations received via post, you will receive a letter acknowledgement in approximately two weeks.
