The Office of ERM (OERM) operates as a central office to coordinate and integrate risk management across the University. The terms of reference of OERM as given in the NTU ERM Framework are as follows:
Formulate strategy and policy based on risk appetite, risk attitude and risk exposure.
Receive reports from Schools / Departments, review risk management activities and compile the NTU’s risk register.
Receive reports from Schools / Departments and make reports & recommendation to ERM Steering Committee before ARC.
Track risk management activities in Schools / Departments and keep the risk management context under review.
