Esther obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Singapore Management University (SMU), with a second major in Marketing.
During her undergraduate studies, she explored various domains of Psychology and was a research assistant for a project examining fertility rates in Singapore through an evolutionary psychology lens. She also did an internship with a market research agency where she was involved in the planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative studies commissioned by government and commercial entities.
She is currently a Research Assistant at CRADLE@NTU, involved in research involving adult learners with a focus on workplace learning.
