CIO Office – Responsible for the IT Planning, Governance & Service Management, that covers IT Strategic planning, Enterprise Architecture, Resource & Competencies Management, Program & Portfolio Management, Risk, Audit & Compliance Management, Performance Management, Service Management processes & ISO 20K certification, and Office administration.
Cyber Security - Responsible for the Cyber Security Governance, Risk, Compliance & Awareness, Architecture, Consultancy & Engineering, Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence and Digital forensic investigation.
InfoComm Infrastructure – Responsible for the engineering and operations of Enterprise and Learning Systems, Data Centres, High Performance Computing, Cloud Computing, Storage, Connectivity (Network), Data Services, O365 & One ID, Site Reliability Platforms, End-User Devices, File & Print Services, as well as Level 2 IT support to all departments and schools.
Enterprise IT – Responsible for the provision of end-to-end solutions covering HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities & Safety, Housing, Research, Students and Alumni Management, as well as Implementation of Smart Campus Solutions.
Learning Tech & Digital Media – Responsible for the design and development of Learning Courseware, Operation & Support of Learning solutions & AR/VR solutions and the implementation of Learning technologies & Digital media that includes Web learning, Event & media production, Web publishing & Social media.
