CITS manages the campus-wide IT Infrastructure and facilitate access to all Enterprise IT systems, as well as Learning systems and Digital Media.

  • CIO Office – Responsible for Program & Portfolio Management, IT Strategic Planning, IT Service Management, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Management, Enterprise Architecture, Resource & Competency Management and Office Administration.
  • Enterprise IT – Responsible for the provision of end-to-end Admin solution covering HR, FIN, Facilities, Research, Alumni & Students Management, Implementation of Smart Campus Solution and the alignment of Business-IT.
  • Learning Tech & Digital Media – Responsible for the design and development of learning courseware, and the operation and support of Learning solutions & AR/VR solutions, implementation of learning technologies, digital media that includes web learning media, event & media production, web publishing & social media.
  • InfoComm Infrastructure – Responsible for the management of Enterprise and Learning systems, Network, Messaging & Active Directory (AD), Data Centre (DC), High Performance Computing (HPC), and the provision of Level 2 client support.
  • Cyber Security – Responsible for the Vulnerability & Threat Management, Security Architecture, Technologies & System consultancy, Security governance, risk & awareness, Security Incident Response & operation of Security Ops Centre (SOC).
