This annual school level award was set up in 2021 to recognise faculty members’ innovative initiatives/contributions. The Award Evaluation Committee has evaluated and selected the award winner based on the following criteria:

• Breakthrough idea, process, or technology
• Transformational potential or market-readiness through partnership with a commercial enterprise, licensing a patent, or by starting a company
• Societal or economic impact
• Innovation in education/pedagogy
