Ms Grace Fu, Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, presented the prestigious IES Lifetime Engineering Achievement Award 2021 to Mr YC Wong (founder of YC Wong Consultants) in recognition of his lifetime career in engineering and immense contributions to the society and nation.
