We live in a fast-paced and demanding society. Pressure from work demands can leave people with stress-related problems. That's why mental wellness is of the utmost concern. Although we cannot omit stress from our lives, we can take preventive measures, such as early intervention and better coping skills, to significantly reduce stress and its negative impact.

A resilient person is someone who can identify risks in advance, adopt a good coping strategy in response to stress, and bounce back from adversities. Indeed, resilience is found to be essential to achieving success and happiness.

Join this session to find out more about building resilience and learn coping mechanisms to deal with stressful situations.

Participants will learn to:

  • Understand what's resilience and optimism
  • Identify risk factors leading to a high level of stress
