Benedict is the CEO and Chief Psychologist of iGROW, a nationally recognised psychological consulting firm that specialises in happiness at work, in family, and in life. He has accumulated more than a decade of experience working with corporate and youth in various settings. He consults, counsels, coaches and trains individuals and organisations in building their psychological capital and living the best possible life.
Benedict is also invited regularly to present at international and national conferences such as the prestigious TEDx event, and has been featured on local media. He holds a Master of Social Science in Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, majoring in Counselling.
