Upon his return to Singapore, Adrian founded a water technology company, De.mem Pte Ltd, which was eventually listed on the Australian Stock Exchange for AUD40 million.

Thereafter, Adrian joined Sembcorp Industries as Vice-President, where he headed the deployment of innovation and digital solutions in Sembcorp’s water treatment facilities. He was also responsible for Sembcorp China’s water business. Today, Adrian has returned to his entrepreneurship roots by co-founding a new water technology company - Atera Water Pte Ltd.
