Resilience Moving Beyond Setbacks
18 Jan 2022 08.00 PM - 09.30 PM Virtual Alumni
Organised by:
NTU Alumni Club

In this current Covid-19 situation, some of us are experiencing significant disruptions in our daily lives. The resulting increase in frustration, and feelings of helplessness can take a toll on one’s mental well-being. Hence, resilience, which is the ability to adapt well to adversity, is critical to individuals' emotional well-being, success, and mental health.

We can learn the skills of resilience through this interactive and experiential webinar organised by the NTU Alumni Club.

You will learn:

  • What is resilience?
  • Why do some bounce back from difficulties while others crumble under adversity?
  • What are my signature strengths?
  • How can I develop positive thought patterns?
  • Do “failures” define me?
  • How can I reframe negative events?

Fee: Free for member | S$10 for non-member
