Mr Mallek served as Chief Financial Officer for Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPH) until retiring at the end of March 2018.

Mr Mallek was named Best CFO (large cap) at the Singapore Corporate Awards in 2016.

He currently divides his time between family, charity work and learning how to age better.
