The completion of studies for a Bachelor degree in NTU marks a major milestone for graduands and calls for celebration.  Graduands’ status is reflected in their final semester examination results slip, available upon release of examination results.

Degree Conferment

Degrees are conferred by the Chancellor of NTU.  For undergraduate students who have met graduation requirements for their Bachelor degree, conferment of degrees would be on 31 January after Semester 1, 30 June after Semester 2, 15 July after Special Term I and 31 August after Special Term II. Students who are able to graduate with exchange credit transfer or internship may be conferred on 31 March or 31 October or any of the dates above.

Degree Certificate and Official Transcript

The degree certificate and official transcript are issued to graduates after their degrees have been conferred. For students graduating in Semester 2, the degree certificate and official transcript will be issued to them at Convocation. For students graduating in Semester 1 or Special Term I/II or who did not attend the Convocation, a notification will be sent to their NTU email account when the degree certificate and/or official transcript are ready for collection. Graduates who are unable to collect the degree certificate and/or official transcript personally may authorise someone else to collect on their behalf or request for the certificate and/or transcript to be mailed to them.

Note: SingPost has suspended international mail delivery to some countries till further notice. You may check the list here: International Service Suspension due to Covid-19 by SingPost. We will not be able to mail the degree certificate and official transcript to affected countries until the suspension is lifted by SingPost.
