PILATES

YOGA
The purpose of yoga is to work both the mind and body.  Yoga poses help to improve blood circulation, stimulate vital organs and make your mind alert but relax.  The continued practice of yoga brings forth a sense of peace and well-being.                          

KICKBOXING
It is a class combined with music and high energy kicks, punches, elbow and knee strikes of the martial arts to integrate both the upper and lower body. The 45-min class begins with a warm-up, and moves on quickly into the cardiovascular exercises (punching and kicking), which speeds up the heart rate working up the energy level. A cool down session will end the class with a set of stretching exercises.

Sculpt
A high intensity, low impact aerobics workout using bands and hand weights. With no jumping or running, this concentrated routine targets the entire major muscle group; to shape, define, and strengthen both the upper and lower body. Expect a combination of aerobic exercise and muscle training, excellent for fat burning and toning.

Aerobics
Aerobics is a form of keep fit exercise.  It is a combination of athletic moves incorporating jumps and hops in an upbeat rhythmic flow.  High and low impact aerobic movements are combined with exciting and motivating music.

ABT
Abs, buns & thighs is a heart pumping and fun workout that combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises that help to strengthen and tone the lower body. Quick and effective, the workouts increase muscle definition and sculpt the abdominal, hips, thighs and buttocks in a minimum amount of time.
