The RA will be asked to perform a life-cycle and cost analysis (LCCA) to investigate the economic implications of large-scale deployment of cool surface materials in Singapore. Combining the findings of the LCA, the thermal impacts of cool surfaces and cool surface material properties, a general public guidebook that can be used for educating the members of the public about cool surface technologies will be compiled.
