Project Officer (Array Signal Processing and Radar Signal Processing)

Established in 1981, the SCHOOL OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING (EEE) is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and strong tradition in research. To support teaching and cutting-edge research, EEE is host to 11 research centres and more than 50 laboratories, which are well-equipped with modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment. With about 200 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,300 are graduate students, it is one of the largest EEE schools in the world.

The positions are in the research fields of Array Signal Processing for radar imaging applications for an initial period of 12 months. It is renewable depending on the performance of the candidate, The candidate is responsible to conduct independent theoretical investigation, practical software implementation and testing the developed algorithm. The candidate should have closely related research experiences and good academic publications in the above mentioned areas. 

Requirements

  • The candidate should have a Bachelor degree, strong mathematical capacity and good academic publication records. Experiences on array signal processing, robust beamforming, robust sparse approximation, and/or Radar signal processing  will be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience.
