The candidate is expected to design and implement machine-learning based techniques to distinguish between malwares and benign applications. To achieve this large number of malwares as well as benign applications have to be analysed offline in order to create suitable models for faster runtime detection. The techniques developed for this project should be highly optimized for the underlying architecture to ensure good performance.
Network pruning techniques should be considered to reduce the size of the designed networks. Optimization techniques for efficient data access and memory management will be needed to ascertain an overall high-performance system. Existing experience in memory and code optimization as well as integration with MySQL databases is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science
- Good English communication skills.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in machine learning algorithms is a must
- Strong testing, troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
