Tourism & Hospitality Management

Faculty Appointments in the area of Tourism and Hospitality Management

Nanyang Business School has launched a new Tourism and Hospitality Management specialisation as part of its existing Bachelor of Business degree and is looking for enthusiastic and committed staff to join the existing team to research and teach, with opportunities for supervising postgraduate students. A doctorate from a reputable university and appropriate record of academic publications are preferred, but recent doctoral graduates will also be considered, and industry experience is an advantage. The successful candidate should be able to contribute to a variety of tourism and hospitality courses with particular expertise required in the areas of Economics of Tourism, Electronic Distribution, Franchising in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Planning, Service Operations Management, and Strategy. The programme is global in orientation, although an interest in tourism in the Asia Pacific region would be beneficial.

Any informal enquiries should be directed to Associate Professor Joan C. Henderson at ahenderson@ntu.edu.sg
