Faculty Position in Division of Linguistics and Multilingual Studies - LMS (Professor Level)
The School of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, invites qualified academics to apply for a faculty position as Professor in the Division of Linguistics and Multilingual Studies.
Applicants specializing in the languages of South Asia and South-East Asia, in particular Sino-Tibetan, Austronesian, and Dravidian languages are welcomed to apply. Faculty position in Division of Chinese
The School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites qualified academics who possess PhDs and proven track records in teaching and research, to apply for a faculty position as either Professor or Associate Professor in the area of Chinese History and Intellectual History.
For appointment as Full Professor, distinguished records of scholarly accomplishments that include impactful research publications, leadership roles in institutions of higher learning, and strong commitment to teaching and programme development are expected. In addition to teaching and research, the successful candidate will be expected to play leadership roles in the School.
The successful candidate is expected to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels and to offer courses in both Chinese and English. Most subjects offered by the Division of Chinese are taught in Chinese while the administrative language of the University is English.
