We carry out administrative excellence projects to improve systems and processes across the whole University. In particular, the Special Projects team at OAS is formed to conduct studies, diagnose problems and identify and propose solutions for administrative excellence. The Special Projects Team also helps to streamline and simplify administrative policies.
