The above published rates quoted are subjected to prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST) and 10% Service Charge.
Half Day / Full Day refers to approximately 4 hours' and 8 hours' usage respectively. Half Day's start-time and end-time timings should be 0900h and 1300h, or 1400h and 1800h. A Full Day's timing should be from 0900h to 1800h.
For any usage of venue after stated time, NEC reserves the right to charge for extended use. For up to 4 hours' prolonged use beyond stated time, we will impose Half Day's charges. And when used more than the 4 hours of prolonged use beyond stated time, we will impose Full Day's charges.
Rate quoted does not include equipment rental costs such as CD / DVD Players, Mobile Speaker etc. You may refer to 'Rental - Others' for more information.
