Registration for Full-Time Staff

• You need not register personally at the Library loan counter.
• Your library privileges will be activated within a month after you have joined the University.
• Research fellows and research assistants are accorded similar privileges as academic staff.

Registration for Part-Time Staff without NTU Staff Card

(i) First Time Registration

You may register during office hours at Library 2, Loan Counter (Level B2).

Please bring along the following:
      1) NRIC or passport
      2) NRIC sized photo
      3) Official letter of appointment

Please also inform our staff whether you are given a staff card and a CITS email account.

(ii) Membership renewal
If you wish to renew your membership, please bring along your current library membership card and your official letter of appointment to the Library 2 Loan Counter (Level B2) during the following registration hours:

Membership Privileges

• Loan of library materials according to the borrowing privileges and rules.
• Access to information services provided by the Research Assistance Desk.
• Other library services available to Staff.
