Registration for NTU Full-Time Staff
- You need not register personally at the Library loan counter.
- Your library privileges will be activated within a month after you have joined the University.
- If you need to use the Library’s resources urgently, please walk in and register at any Subject Library.
- Research fellows and research assistants are accorded similar privileges as academic staff.
- For NIE Library privileges, please bring along your staff card and register in person at the NIE Library.

- Official Letter of Appointment
- A copy of your identity card or passport
- One NRIC-sized photo

Membership renewal
Please bring along the documents below to the Lee Wee Nam Library loan counter for membership renewals.

Processing Time
