Provisions are made for NTU teaching and research staff and graduate students to join National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), Singapore Polytechnic (SP) and Temasek Polytechnic (TP) libraries as members.
Note that subscription and administration fees may apply. The registration procedures will also differ from institution to institution.
How to Apply?
- Check out the procedures and requirements of the respective libraries.
- As a rule, most libraries will request for a Letter of Introduction from the applicant's Library to be accompanied with each application.
- You can request for this Letter of Introduction from the NTU Library, Circulation Services Division, by using the prescribed form.
- Fill up the request form (MS Word format), save and email it as an attachment file to circulation@ntu.edu.sg
- You can also fax your request form to us at 6792 3164.
- Staff of the Circulation Services Division will get in touch with the requester if more information is required.
Turnaround Time
- The turnaround time is 2 working days.
- The Letter of Introduction will be sent to the given mailing address.
