Full-time teaching and research staff from government-aided institutions or tertiary education and research centres may apply for membership.
These institutions should have reciprocal agreement with the NTU Library.
Applicants will have to submit a letter from their institution's Human Resources Office, certifying their designation and length of service.
This membership category is open only to individuals residing in Singapore.
The duration of your membership is one calendar year (Jan - Dec).
Application Procedures
Please complete the
Application Form and email to circulation@ntu.edu.sg, together with a scanned copy of the following documents:
- A copy of a letter from your institution's Human Resources Office, certifying your designation and length of service
- A copy of your identity card or passport
- A recent digital photo in JPEG format (400 [width] by 514 [height] pixels)
Applicants are not required to pay an annual subscription fee.
An approval letter that provides details on registration procedures will be sent to the successful applicant.

Membership Renewal
If you are renewing your membership, please submit a new application form one month before the expiry date.
