Teaching / Research Staff of Tertiary Institutions  

Full-time teaching and research staff from government-aided institutions or tertiary education and research centres may apply for membership.

These institutions should have reciprocal agreement with the NTU Library.

Applicants will have to submit a letter from their institution's Human Resources Office, certifying their designation and length of service.

Associate membership is open only to individuals residing in Singapore.

The duration of your membership is one Calendar year (Jan - Dec).

Application Procedures

Please note that application/renewal of membership is by post only.

Please complete and post the Application Form to us.

Applications by post must be accompanied by
      1. A copy of a letter from your institution's Human Resources Office, certifying your designation and length of service
      2. A copy of your identity card or passport
      3. One NRIC-sized photo

Membership Privileges

Loan of library materials according to the borrowing privileges and rules.

On-site access to selected e-resources only. Library staff will assist you in logging on to the PCs.

Use of the information enquiry service provided by the Research Assistance Desk of the Library.
