Full-time teaching and research staff from government-aided institutions or tertiary education and research centres may apply for membership.
These institutions should have reciprocal agreement with the NTU Library.
Applicants will have to submit a letter from their institution's Human Resources Office, certifying their designation and length of service.
Associate membership is open only to individuals residing in Singapore.
Application Procedures
(i) Application by Post or Fax
Please complete and post the Application Form (MS Word format) to us.
Applications by post must be accompanied by
1. A copy of a letter from your institution's Human Resources Office, certifying your designation and length of service
2. A copy of your identity card or passport
3. One NRIC sized photo

(ii) Walk-in Application and Registration
You may register during office hours on weekdays at the Library 2 Loan Counter (Level B2).
Registration hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Please bring along the following items:
1) Identity card or passport
2) One NRIC sized photo
3) Valid staff card from your tertiary institution
4) A copy of the letter from your institution's Human Resources Office

Membership Renewal
The duration of your membership is one Calendar year (Jan - Dec).
If you are renewing your membership in person, please bring along your valid staff card, the letter from your Human Resources Office and your library card.
