Associate Members

• NTI, NIE and NTU graduates may join as graduate members.
• The subscription fee (inclusive of 7% GST) for graduate members are as follows:

1 year: $53.50
2 years: $107.00
3 years: $160.50

(Subscription fees paid are not refundable.)

• NTU and NIE graduates will enjoy a subscription waiver for the first year upon graduation.
• As an extension to graduate membership, NTU graduates (with NTU transcripts) who opted for NUS degrees in 1992 or slightly later, and all accountancy graduates, graduating before the School of Accountancy shifted to the then NTI in 1987, are accorded the status of graduate member.
• All graduates of Nanyang University are also eligible for membership and will be accorded the status of graduate member.
• Membership cards are not transferable.
• Graduate membership is open only to individuals residing in Singapore.

Application Procedures

(i) Application by Post 

• Please complete the Application Form (MS Word format).
  
• Applications must be accompanied by the following:

1. A copy of your identity card or passport
2. A copy of the Degree awarded
3. One NRIC-sized photo
4. Cheque for the relevant amount, crossed and made payable to Nanyang Technological University. New graduates will enjoy a subscription waiver for the first year upon graduation.

• Please send your application form and all supporting documents to the address below:

• Upon receipt of your application, the Library will send you an acknowledgement via email.
  

(ii) Walk-in Application and Registration

• Graduate Member applicants may register during office hours on weekdays at the Library 2 Loan Counter (Level B2). 
  
• Registration hours:

  Mon - Fri:

  8:30 am - 4:30 pm

• Please bring along the following items:
  
         1) Identity card 
         2) One NRIC-sized photo 
         3) A copy of the Degree awarded
  
  
• Payment of subscription is by Cashcard or NETS only.

Membership Renewal

• The duration of your membership is one year from the date of approval.
• If you are renewing your membership, please send in a new application form one month before the expiry date.

Membership Privileges

• Loan of library materials according to the borrowing privileges and rules.
• On-site access to selected e-resources only. Graduate members have to apply for an alumni email account to login on-site at the Library after they have registered as library members.
• Reference services provided by the Research Assistance Desk as well as other services.
