New Applications
You will need the following to apply for membership:
1. Details about your degree and year of graduation
2. Date of birth
3. Digital photo image file with the following specifications :
- in JPEG format ('jpg' extension);
- 400 (Width) by 514 (Height) in pixels.

Renewals
For applicants who are renewing their membership, click here to apply online. In the online form, amend your particulars, if needed, before clicking on SUBMIT.
