Staff, including support and part-time staff, with at least 10 years of service, may apply under this category if they fulfil the requirements for Personal Membership. Applicants who have less than 10 years of service may apply for Personal Membership.
Membership privileges
Loan of library materials according to Personal Membership privileges.
Applicants will have on-site access to selected e-resources only. Library staff will assist you with your PC login.
Membership criteria
Applicants have contributed a minimum of 10 years of service to the University and have fulfilled the requirements for Personal Membership. Applicants who have less than 10 years of service may join as Personal Members.

Staff are encouraged to apply for membership before they leave NTU. Should application be made after staff has left NTU employment, documentary proof of service has to be provided.
Overseas applicants
Membership will be offered to former NTU staff whose immediate place of residence after leaving NTU is not Singapore.
Membership duration and renewal
The duration of your membership is 3 years from the date of application. Memberships may be renewed via email one month before the expiry date.
Members are encouraged to renew their memberships on time; members whose memberships have lapsed will need to re-apply as new members. They will then be required to show documentary proof of years of service.

Submit the following documents via email to circulation@ntu.edu.sg :
• Application Form
• A copy of your identity card or passport
• One recent digital photo in JPEG format (width:400 pixels, height:514 pixels)
Please do not mail your payment (if applicable).
You will be notified about the outcome of your application.
Renewals
For renewals, please submit a new application form one month before the expiry date. You may renew via email.
